Questions
Who owns the system?
You own your data, always, and can have a copy whenever you ask. EdgerTech owns the software and licenses it to you for as long as you want to use it. If you ever move on, or I stop trading, you get your data and a copy of your system to run elsewhere.
How can you build it so quickly?
I use modern development tools, including AI-assisted ones, which remove much of the routine work. Every system is still designed, checked and tested by me before it reaches you.
Is my clients' data safe?
Data is stored securely with access limited by role, payments are handled by a regulated provider, and every system is built to UK GDPR requirements. EdgerTech is registered with the ICO.
What if I only need something small?
Say so on the free call. Often the right answer is a small change to what you already have, or an off-the-shelf tool, and I will tell you so.
A fishing beat is not a hotel room, and a restoration is not a retail repair. Your software should know the difference.
