The problem

Your website is the first thing a new client checks.

"It has not been touched in years."

Old photos, last season's dates and a layout that breaks on a phone. The work is first class and the website says otherwise.

"Nobody can find us on Google."

People search for what you do and where you are. If the site and the Google listing do not say both clearly, they find someone else.

"I cannot change anything on it."

The person who built it has moved on, or the builder tool fights every change. Nobody is sure who holds the domain or the email.

What you get

Everything sorted, by one person.

01 · The site

Up to five pages

Planned and written with you, in your words. Designed for your business, quick to load and easy to read on a phone.

02 · Search

Found on Google

Each page written for the searches your clients make. Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile set up and linked.

03 · The plumbing

Domain and email

Your domain, hosting and email moved across without your inbox going quiet. You hold the logins and know where everything lives.

04 · £49 a month

Website care

Hosting, security and backups, with small text and photo changes made for you. Domain renewals handled at cost.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. Step 1

    Call and fixed quote

We agree the pages, what each one must do, a price and a date. Nothing starts until you agree it.

  2. Step 2

    Words and photos

I draft the text from what you tell me. You send photos and correct anything I have got wrong.

  3. Step 3

    Build and review

A private preview link you can open on your phone and comment on before anything goes public.

  4. Step 4

    Launch and care

The domain is switched over, Google is told about the new site, and I look after it month to month.

Why me

I have worked in your kind of business.

I am Tim. Before EdgerTech I worked in race preparation, vintage restoration, marine and a national motor museum, alongside years as an IT field engineer. I hold the Google Digital Marketing certification.

You do not need to explain what a beat, a drive or a concours car is. This site is my own work, built and hosted the same way yours would be.

Questions

What owners ask first.

Can I change things myself?

Text and photo changes are covered by website care: send them to me and I make them. If you want to edit pages yourself, tell me at the start and I will build the site on a system that lets you.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, the words, the photos and the finished site are yours. If you ever move on, you take all of it with you.

Can clients book or pay through it?

A website can take enquiries. If you need clients to book, sign documents and pay, that is a bespoke build, and the two can share the same look and address.

What if my current site only needs fixing?

Start with the audit. If a few fixes will do the job, I will tell you so and list them.
